How do we get there?

By train

The nearest SNCF stations are Bellegarde, Cluses, Thonon-Les-Bains station (TGV), or Geneva.

  • Shuttles provide the transfer between the stations of Cluses, Thonon-Les-Bains and the station of Avoriaz 1800. Frequent shuttles also exist between Morzine and Avoriaz 1800, in case you do not have a direct shuttle from your arrival station.

If you come from Paris, the fastest and simplest way to go to Avoriaz is to take the TGV Lyria train that is direct to Geneva (3 hours from 29€).

  • From Geneva, you can reach Avoriaz 1800 with the Cham-transfert bus company, which stops at the Prodains cable car. Click here for information about the schedules of this cable car.

To organize your transfers, you can contact the SAT agency or the Altibus company.
