From Sankt Pauli to Neustadt and across Speicherstadt, Marine and Aurelie have been strolling around Hamburg for the past few weeks to create a completely unpredictable event for Pop In the City.
In spite of the cold weather (and sometimes, the rain!!), every day in Hamburg has made them fall in love with the city (and its inhabitants) a little more.
Aurélie loves the architectural contrasts in Hamburg : the industrial buildings standing next to the most classical ones, the great parks right in the center of the city and above all this unique atmosphere that makes you feel at home in Hamburg. Marine especially likes the street-art, discovering new designers and above all these lovely cafés in which you could spend the day looking at passersby.
A word for our Hamburger girls who are not sure Pop In the City is worth it, and doubt they are going to discover anything new about their city thanks to Pop In the City?
Aaaah, girls. Last year, we did Pop In Brussels and 80% of the Bruxelloises said the event had showed them completely different sides of their city!!
And an advice for our foreign Popins ?
Forget any preconceived ideas and get ready to discover Hamburg. In summer, the banks turn into sand beaches, it’s AMAZING !
Tell me more about the concept please.
